One pricing shell for redaction and document intelligence
Keep public pricing simple during launch. Redaction is available on every plan, and Document Intelligence beta is available on enabled paid plans for PDF and DOCX workflows.
Document Intelligence beta includes `parse`, `extract`, and `safe-parse`.
We are not publishing per-page pricing yet. During beta, usage is internally metered by document workflow while the public pricing page stays token-led and easier to understand.

document intelligence beta
Launch language stays narrow and honest: PDF and DOCX only, with access controlled by plan and beta rollout.
frequently asked questions
what counts as a token?
tokens are calculated based on content size. for text, approximately 4 characters = 1 token. for images and audio, tokens are based on file size and processing complexity.
how does document intelligence beta work?
document intelligence currently covers parse, extract, and safe-parse for PDF and DOCX. free stays redaction-only, starter can request beta access, and professional and business include beta access for approved tenants.
which file formats are included in document intelligence beta?
document intelligence launch scope is PDF and DOCX only. expunct still supports redaction across additional formats, but parse, extract, and safe-parse messaging should stay limited to PDF and DOCX during beta.
why is there no public per-page pricing yet?
we are keeping launch pricing simple and token-led while document intelligence usage is still being measured internally by workflow. that lets us launch honestly without publishing page math before it is proven.
do CLI, SDKs, MCP, or LangChain require a separate plan?
no. those are integration and distribution surfaces for the same platform, not separate products or separate SKUs. your plan controls access to the underlying workflows.
can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
yes. you can change your plan at any time. upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
do you still support audio and video redaction?
yes. redaction continues to support audio and video workflows. the current document intelligence beta is separate and limited to PDF and DOCX parse, extract, and safe-parse workflows.
still have questions?
We can help you map redaction and document workflows to the right launch tier.
